    I bought a bike from this company. It arrived damaged. I contacted Power *** that day. It took over a week to get a response. after i replied, it took them another week to respond again. they agreed to replace on of the parts. I replied and waited three days for power *** to respond again. they did not. I contacted PayPal (through whom i bought the bike), so that they could get a response from PowerMax. PayPal confused the situation. Weeks later i contacted PowerMax directly again. They gave me the email to their warranty division. eventually the warranty representitive said that PowerMax is not responsible because the bike was damaged during delivery. Something that I made PowerMax aware of the first time i emailed them. PowerMax has a warranty on all bikes and bike parts. They are refusing to live up to their warranty. In summary, i ordered a bike with a warranty. It arrived damaged. PowerMax is now doing everything possible to avoid responsibility.

    PowerMax stands behind it's warranty (Which covers any part that is not functioning).

    Damaged parts during transportation, needs to be handled by the shipping copmany (UPS).

    I purchased an ******* ebike from this company on September 27th, 2022. I rode it twice and the control box fried wires. It took me over 2 weeks to get a replacement and they will not return my phone calls or emails. They sent the wrong control box and also still owe me 100.00 refund due to the bike that I wanted was out of stock and I had to get the Eagle 1 instead. I have called them multiple times throughout the day and sent emails and cannot get a response.

    We strongly disagree. The replacement controller has been shipped to customer and the $100 refund check has also been mailed yesterday.

    The issue with this bike is that the arm crank and/or the pedals seem to be incompatible or defective. This has caused the pedals to fall off at very bad times such as crossing streets and this has put me into some dangerous situations. I also need these pedals for more power to go up hills. The breaks are also very poor on this bike which has also proven to be dangerous. I have tried reaching out to the company without any success. I would like to get replacement arm cranks, pedals and breaks so that I can use this product safely. I also think that I should be refunded at least $100 for parts and my labor since I tried to fix the issue that they caused, however I would be ok with the bare minimum which is the replacement parts.

    Your assumptions regarding the crank and brakes are completely false. We sell these bikes to all customers with ZERO issues with crank and brakes.
    We also stand behind all our products with warranty and best customer service.
