      The company did a bathtub to shower conversion and now there's water leaks and it's affecting my brand new floor.

      We were made aware of this leak and the following day we sent *********** 

      It was a manufacturers faulty part. 

      He repaired the leak and check to make sure it was able to dry out with no problem.

      He also showed them how to turn there water off and on because the water company was charging $50 to do it every time.

      He also caulked an area of concern of hers on the shower head neck, but scratched it because the scutcheons are a one way install

      We ordered a new one for him to replace, but she had to postpone the appointment, because her husband has covid now.
