      I am still waiting on my credit from YSI. I applied for an apartment a District at Vinings for some apparent reason application wasn’t approved. Mind you this took place on March 13, 2023. I was informed my American Express card would be refunded within 3-5 business days and of course that didn’t happened. I contacted American Express of the $691 I was charge and AMEX disputed the charge. 4 weeks later AMEX stated it was a valid charge per YSI. I have reached out to the property and I am not getting anywhere. At this point I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST DISTRICT @VININGS and Yardi systems Inc. An application fee is only $125.00 not $691. I will be getting way more after I take both companies to court.

      Terrible app for Rentcafe for residents. Can not sign in or up. On the website information is 2 years behind and hard to login. The app tells me I am not a resident of where I live. Been there for years. The registration code is tricky because where I live the owners own 2 apartment complexes that are across from each other. Have to figure out which apartment to register for. Can not use the app for anything.

      Yardi Systems fraudulently withdrew, via ACH, money from my bank account. I never heard of the company before, never did business with them, and certainly never permitted them to withdraw money from my account. When I called them to have the charge reversed, the lady told me I should report it to my bank, which I already had done. She then connected me with another department, which had me leave a message and said they would return my call. When I checked online, Yardi has a long history of withdrawing money from people's accounts without their permission. Now I have to close my checking account and open a new one, buy new checks, etc. Why is this company still in business?

      I applied for and with housing authority’s and was rejected with no reason given.Timber Cove Apts has continuously harassed me every time I paid rent. For 6 months.then they wouldn’t accept money orders,iqnsisted on cashier checks.then Nov 1 won’t accept payments other than online.with auto drafts from bank,they have a aggressive nature,but as you can determine they have a money management problem.and can’t be trusted in their office.
      My attorney advises against making concessions,and as I’m living on fixed income,it can’t be assigned garnished levied attached.when you pay on time ,there is no excuse for bothering tenants every 2 weeks after their paid for 30 days monthly.the property is run down and should be sold to Section 8.they would rather evict tenants than do things legally,always leaving notes on your door.unprofessional staff.
      My lease expires Nov 8 and I want to relocate,so any negative reports they made,after they say your a valued tenant doesn’t reflect to other company’s.

      They took my money been on the phone multiple times and they can't get it right! This vendor Cafe and yardi is a joke! I was on the phone with them through 3way and they still say I'm none compliant! Even when my insurance companys have then what they wanted! One hand did not wash the other! Lost about 700 dollars dealing with them jumping trough their hoops not to get compliant after raising my limits to their requirements! They are not a good company and if a property uses them run away because you will not get good customer service! Hince why they always have to call you back! It needs zero stars not 1.

      I paid $100 you vendor cafe to be able to submit invoices for work I did for a company. After submitting everything they asked for multiple times, my insurance company submitting my policy coverages multiple times, vendor cafe fond I was non compliant. Even though the profile I set up had all the required documents uploaded and could plainly see they were up to date and had all required coverages. Ultimately, I never got paid and burned $100 and who knows how much time. When talking to them on the phone they were not helpful at all, constantly got my info wrong, didn’t follow through with what they were supposed to do and talked down to me. I will never entertain work for someone that uses yardi vendor cafe again. It is a joke. Shame on them. Even my insurance agent warned me when I told them I needed them to submit my policy.
