    While S**** was wonderful to work with up until the wedding and picked gorgeous high-quality flowers, she did disappoint us on our wedding day. Prior to the wedding, she was great at working within our price range and creatively finding ways to make the floral arrangements at our wedding stand out and feel special. The flowers were stunning, and they stayed perfect throughout the entire wedding. However, around a week before the wedding, Sandy continued to message me many times regarding questions surrounding the vases, changes she wanted to make to the potting of our vases (since she was considering using pebbles for our fishbowls but hadn’t asked us about it until the night before our wedding), and other questions surrounding my bouquet.
    While I would have let all that go, the day of the wedding just made it all worse. On the day of the wedding, Sandy showed up to deliver the flowers to the venue and set everything up as we had previously agreed upon. She was visibly upset and when I asked her what was wrong, she let me know that there had been a family emergency. Due to this, she needed to leave only 2 hours after she had arrived. Due to her family emergency, Sandy left with most of the table vases left unfinished which left my friends and family to finish and set everything up on the tables (which was Sandy’s responsibility), taking them hours to complete and away from wedding day festivities. After the wedding, we reached out to Sandy, and after many months she finally got back to us and provided a partial refund for the set-up fee. All in all, I would recommend Sandy for her taste and quality in flowers. Overall, I would not recommend her for an event like a wedding due to the many complications that arise with weddings, you need a reliable florist, which was not Sandy for us.
