    Terrible people B*** and his Mom S***** have some issues with phone messages and B*** makes you call through his mom to get him to call back. Any interaction with them takes days to follow up. His mom is a piece of work. We found a NICE efficient plumber who answered his phone and didn't have a mean woman like S***** handling schedules.

    7/14/2022--Went to job to assess the work. Customer purchased a self-rimming farmhouse sink which is intended to sit on top of counter.
    The manner in which it was installed suggested that the sink was either going to be abutted to the countertop or the countertop would lap over the sink.
    This is not how the sink was designed and built to be used. I called J**** ******* to explain this to her and suggested a meeting with somebody from Ventura Stone.
    J**** gave me a phone number and I called Ventura Stone, they suggested I meet with the supervisor, and I did so at approximately 12:30 PM on the same day.
    We addressed my concerns regarding the countertop and the supervisor from Ventura Stone also noted that the countertop was not level and and the sink was not level
    relative to the countertop. I asked him to call J**** ******* and explain this to her and I said I would do the same. I called J**** *******, her phone went straight to voice mail, and I left a message. We scheduled to return on 7/21/2022 to trim out the kitchen sink which is the same day the counter tops were scheduled to go in. At this point the only thing we had on the schedule was the kitchen trim out. J**** ******* then decided to add three (3) toilet installs on the same day. 7/21/2022 I arrived at the home at approximately 9:15 am to start on toilets while the counter tops were being installed, two (2) toilets were upstairs. There was painters' plastic hanging blocking the doorways, paint fumes were heavy enough to make eyes burn so could not install two (2) upstairs toilets, I checked kitchen sink and it was still not level with countertop (back left corner low). I once again tried to call J**** ******* to explain this to her and her phone went straight to voicemail. I again left a message. We did not receive a return phone call from Julia Sweeney until 7/22/2022 at 12:30 PM. I then decided that if it was this difficult to contact her when questions needed to be answered they how I was ever going to get paid for any work. We do have approximately 3-1/2 hours showing up, meeting with Ventura Stone representative and return trips to assess job and trying to contact Julia Sweeney. We have not charger her nor do we intend to charge her anything as such I fail to see the validity in her complaint as she is out nothing and I am out 3-1/2 hours in which I could have been earning money elsewhere. She is right in the fact that B*** has never given out his cell phone and all calls are routed thru the office, doing it this way saves customers money since he does not have to stop to answer his phone. We have been a BBB member for 26 years with no complaints so that should speak for itself.
