    On Christmas their website listed a Jass Performance Console Delete Carpet for 0.00$ so I purchased at 12:27 PM with 5.99$ shipping. There terms of use on there website states “2. PRICE. It is Moss’ intent that prices in our Catalogues and on our Website are accurate and up to date. However, prices are subject to change without notice. Please inquire about price at the time of purchase.” at time of purchase it showed 0.00$ and 5.99$ shipping. They then called and forced me the only option to cancel or give them 79.99$ payment. So I was forced to cancel.

    The customer has already been contacted via phone. The price was clearly posted in error and the customer did not verify the price with us before the purchase. The customer was never charged, nor was the ordered processed.  We have already attempted to explain the situation and offer our apology for the confusion. No refund is due, as it was never charged.

    First-time customer. Ordered car part 40******29 for my Mazda Miata and was charged $49.77. D** ***** the sales manager emailed me 3/30/23 to tell me I'd get a refund, but he only sent me back $38.96. (See attachment for credit card statement of charges proving this) I brought this to his attention April 24 at 12:08 a.m. via email and as of April 28 (7:15 pm) he's not responded - provided attachments with charges from my credit card to verify my claim. I sent another email April 28th and he's not responded to that either. They claim to have shipped the item and that the item was returned. I never received the item, I never saw the item, I never touched the item - but they did confirm via email that the item was back in their warehouse. Prior conversation with their customer service team have been challenging. "Ella" spaced out on the phone with me - it was very awkward - and customer service supervisor "Dan" was very condescending and insulting.

    I'm requesting a Refund of the $10.81 as well as $0.25 for the interest on my credit card for this unnecessary charge.

    I was asked to check boxes if this complaint has been filed in a court system - it's not yet, but a complaint is being filed with the Texas State Attorney General's Office as well. I will not rest until this refund has been processed and justice is served.

    Ordered, paid for and received a vintage car parts order but one significant piece of the order was wrong. Contacted the company numerous times with no call backs. Sent emails, no response. Finally talked to customer service who assured correct part would be shipped by 12/9/22. It was not. Company will not respond.
