      This customer stated over the phone that the business has been charging him after they had allow someone else to move into the storage unit he was paying for and the business is denying access to the unit.

      The whole situation started when one our storage tenets made a reservation for the storage unit 2225. He then started moving some of his belongings  into that storage unit without opening up the contract, since he did not have a contract the storage unit 2225 was still showing up as empty on our system so when K**** came in to open up the contract for storage unit 2225 he did not know that there was someone belongings in that unit. K**** also did not check to see if it was empty and he just put a lock on it. then one day the customer that had the reservation wanted to open up the contract for the unit 2225 but he said that there was a lock on it with his belongs inside. I then called K**** to see if he was able to open up the unit because he there was somebodies else stuff in there, K**** said he was not able to do it that way and he allowed us to take the lock off ourselves. I then told K**** that I would have to switch him to a other unit in a different building that was the same size because 2225 was no longer available to him. He started yelling at me through the phone about that fact that that the unit was in a different building and then the situation was left like that for a few days unit K**** came in wanting that unit 2225. He came into the store to get a new lock and was still mad that his storage unit was in a different building and came in say that he paid for the unit 2225 and signed paper work for that unit which in not 100% true he did sign paper work for the unit 2225 but he did not pay for the unit because he got the first month free, so the billing and collation issue that he has with us is all  wrong. we then worked something out with the customer that had his belongings in unit 2225 and had him switch over to the unit that K**** was in so now K**** has the unit 2225 all to his name.
