    I took my car to Goleta Transmission to have the transmission replaced.
    The amount was 3000.
    They couldn't start working on it until it was paid in full.
    New Beginings paid then 3000.
    I received a phone call from Tom at Goleta Transmission informing me that I owed another 1000.
    My friend gifted me the 1000.
    When the car was finished , I went to pick it up and was informed I owed another 300. I asked if I could take the car and make payments. Tom said yes but he would not give me a receipt.
    Now the cars Transmission is not working. It leaks and mis shifts on the road while raining.
    The first gear and reverse. I can't drive the car. I lost income from work.

    With the help from Ben at the BBB, Ms. F****** came back with her vehicle to readjust the transmission.  It is all fixed now.  If there are any additional concerns, please have Ms. F****** contact us directly.  Thanks for your help.
