      The worst customer support I have EVER experienced. One star is too much.
      I brought one of my cats in last week, and spoke with the vet about another cat that was due for a check-up, explaining that the last time this cat got care, he didn't eat for days and was traumatized for months. I asked if we could sedate the cat prior to the visit and the vet agreed, stating that I could come pick up sedation and administer it prior to his appointment.
      I called today to make the appointment for this timid cat. The person at reception said they could get him in right away, and I interrupted, explaining that the vet had offered sedation prior to this appointment. The woman was impatient. She put me on hold and then returned - stating that the vet and office administrator said they would NOT do this, and that - if need be - the cat could be sedated during our visit. I attempted to explain the level of this cat's anxiety, and the woman interrupted over and over - speaking over me again and again. She finally exclaimed with disgust that I was really demanding a lot since my cat is a patient at San Roque clinic anyway. My cat was at that clionic ONE time - on a referral from Airport Pet Hospital. I attempted to explain this, and she absolutely refused to listen, and then started to complain that I was shouting - and - I realized I WAS shouting, because she interrupted repeatedly and refused to listen to ANYTHING I said, and it just took me that long to figure out what an incompetent, uncaring person I was dealing with, and that NOTHING I said would have mattered. She wanted to fill that space today, and my cats well being and my previous conversation with the vet were meaningless to her.
      My family has taken all of our pets to Airport Pet Hospital for 35+ years, and we have always been very happy with their service. I am sad to see that this is no longer the case.
