This company charged me almost 2 thousand dollars only to misdiagnose my plumbing issue and scam me to come back to repeat their error. Sad situation

In early January, I walk outside and notice an underground leak running from my house out into the street from my irrigation system that been used all winter. Coincidentally or suspiciously, a few houses down the street parked a Michelangelo's Plumbing truck putting in a hot water heater for a neighbor. Could they have come previously the day before and kicked my irrigation system to cause the leak so that I'd contact them, parked down the street, the next morning to try to fix the leak? I have no proof this is what happened, but I did end up hiring them. This is where the story of my frustration with them begins. So I did all the work of digging up the muddy area of the leak while they installed my neighbor's hot water tank. They came over later in the afternoon to give me an estimate what it would cost to fix. I ended up paying $200 more than the original estimate. The next day their worker ***** came to fix the leak with a lot of glueing of PVC and replacing the leaking steel to PVC with copper pipe. He said he would come back in a day or two with some sand to fill the hole and check that the work was done. ***** never came back. Fast forward to May and time to use the irrigation system. It doesn't work, the valve to it was never turned on. I turned the valve on and all the actuators are leaking. I call ************* Plumbing to come and put gaskets in the actuators. After calling them for a week they finally come. They don't bring ***** or any gaskets but they tell me all the actuators need to be replaced. They don't have them and they won't do the work.
