    We hired Rockhound Offroad to install a 4WD conversion kit on our brand new 2021 Thor Motorcoach RV. They had it 3 months before it was completed. The very first trip we made, we went from Nothern ********** to *******************. It broke down in ** due to a faulty transfer case. We were stranded in ** and had to have our RV towed to the nearest shop that could fix it. But because we couldnt tow it back to Rockhound Offroad I was basically told I was out of luck. Im seeking a restitution of the expense we incurred because of this faulty installation. $700 for the towing and $2000 for the repair
