    The Chapel of Angels handled my father's cremation in April 2022 and I was very happy with everything. On June 4th or 5th I called The Chapel of Angels to ask them the best way to get more death certificates for my father. I spoke to someone maybe named ********* (I didn't write it down), the young lady said she could order them for me and I told her my payment information. $48.00 ($24.00 per certificate) was withdrawn from my account (picture attached).Well here we are in September and no death certificates or a refund of my money. - ********* contacted me on July 12th asking me to give them a review. I said I would be happy to but could she look in to where my certificates were. She was very pleasant and said she would. - July 23rd I wrote another text and ********* said she would check with her team. - August 2nd I reached out again and she again replied she would look in to it. - August 8th I sent her a screen shot of the debit of $48.00 from my account payable to Chapel of the Angels. - August 13th I text that I would like my 2 certificates or a refund. ********* replied she would look in to it. - August 29th I text that I would be reporting them to the BBB and no one has responded. Now I am following through. I'm just disappointed that I have had to do all the reaching out and they give the same answer every time, they'll look in to it. At this point I want a refund. I don't need the certificates any longer.
