    Went to the *** to get my license. The *** said that the Smog shop had called to verify my device, and the *** told the Smog shop. I did not need a IID device installed in my truck. He called on the October 16th the *** explain that the records were updated October 13 and told the small shop the no device was needed. The smog shop installed the device anyway. I had to re-pay for the uninstall device.

    I had my car towed to ******* in tuneup because it needed a new starter when I went to pick up my vehicle. My steering wheel was shifted completely to the left so then I had to return for that to get fixed the second time I went to pick up my vehicle the alignment was now off. So then return the vehicle and asked for that to be fixed the owner ***** told us that it was only 1% off but we took the vehicle at 100% and would like it back at 100% so a third time we took the vehicle once more, he refused to tell us where he took the vehicle to get the steering fixed, then handed us the keys and said it is what it is here are your keys, as we took our vehicle for the third time the steering and the alignment are still off and now the airbag sensor is flashing this vehicle has never had the airbag sensor on. So somehow a $300 service for a starter is now a bigger issue. I fear taking back my car for a fourth time and then refuse service, but also not get my vehicle fixed. The owner was very disrespectful and rude and I was too intimidated to confront him. He also did not give me a receipt for parts or for service.

    I took my F150 to 99 smog to remove my interlock device out of my truck. When I picked it up my gear shifter was broken and hard to shift into gear. I went back in and respectfully informed the owner of it and asked him if he would please fix it because it was not like that when I dropped it off to him. He told me that it was like that and theres nothing he can do for me. I dont know what else to do which is why I am making this complaint. If someone could help do something about this I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
