First complaint in the ******************* you cannot charge a fee for using a debit card a fee was added to my card. I bought $25.00 petrol my car only took $22.00 so like every store I have went to I was under the expression it would go back on my card regardless. they did not have a sighn warning people that gas that can't fit in your vehicle will be forfet unless you come in with verification to receive a cash reimbursement wich is illegal also when using a debit purchase no cash is involved unless me a.k.a customer asks for cash back they have no signs warning people. They should be receiving a fine for charging a debit fee and for trying to give me cash back that I can't even receive without driving numerous miles. **** ever gas has not been used should be transfers back to u.s.d and put back on the debt card.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. After communicating this with the store, we were able to establish that all debit card pin pads illustrates the 35c charge (please seen attachments). The gas dispenser notifies guests, wishing to pay with debit, of this charge, on the instruction screen. Most retailers charges this fee for debit cards and is used to support the fees associated with completing these type of transactions. Your concern regarding debit card refunds was also reviewed. Debit card transactions are treated as cash purchases. Unlike credit card transactions, these transactions are refunded as cash and requires our guests to return to the registers for a refund. Credit Cards are refunded back to the account and should be the means of purchase, if you do not wish to return to the registers. We are more than willing to refund guests that leave money on the pump. Please return to the store with your receipt and we will be happy to take great care of you. We have been serving the ******* Area for the past ******************************************* the near future.
