    I am rejecting this response because:I have gotten the same design and tip (martial used) the last 4 times I have been there and am charged $55 for the same service. When I called the store the said it was $55 for what I got. I brought up the extra $10 charge and was told they charged that because i was told they're trying to make living. So they confirmed the service was only $55 and there was an unauthorized extra charge. I work full time 2 hours away and am no longer in town. I have sent a venmo request for $15, a partial refund via the same payment service used the day of. They told me they wouldn't return my money because I had to leave right after and didn't t address it that day and because i am longer in town they cannot refund me. When I paid via venmo and am requesting $15 bad via venmo.

    Thank you for your letter regarding case number ID 17713450. We will explain to you our side of the story about us and the customer in question.

    On Friday, August 5th at around 4 PM, this customer came to my shop and showed us a picture of a full set design and asked us to do the design shown. So we did a long nail full set ($45) with color powder ($10 charged extra) and a design in V-Tip for each finger ($10 charged extra). The total charge for the service came out as $65 which she agreed to pay plus $15 extra for tips.
    Final total charge is $80.

    About a week later, on Saturday the 13th, this customer called my shop and asked us why she was charged that much. I invited her back to my shop to explain in detail and provide partial
    refunds for the service as she desired. However, this customer declined to return.

    At this point, I'm willing to refund her 10 dollars in cash as she requested on the phone call.
