    I have purchased their Brio Moderna water dispenser, I received it slightly damaged and raised my issues with customer care and waiting response. at the same I have one more major issue, the drip tray they show/advertise on the website for Brio Moderna Self-Cleaning Bottom Load Water Cooler has chrome edges. and the one received have black edges when I asked same question to the customer care they said it is black on the website as well. They are bluntly lying on my face and making me look like a color blind person.Please compare below 2 cooler drip tray's and tell me if they both are black or one is chrome Brio Moderna Self-Cleaning Bottom Load Water Cooler *********************************************************************************************************************************************************** Brio Moderna Ice ****************** Load Water Cooler **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** I hope Brio check this responds to me.

    I have purchased their Brio Moderna water dispenser on May 2023 and had it installed 1st week of July as we were doing our renovation. The unit was showing an F7 issue on the screen and I have reached out to their customer support multiple times and I have tried calling their support number but no one is picking up. I followed them in instagram and have raised my issue with them but they just deleted my comments and now blocked me. I spent almost $500 for a dispenser that we cant even use and I was just trying to get it replaced but they are not responding. They have the worst customer service and I dont know why they are cheating their customers.

    We do apologize for the inconveniences and issue that is occurring with your unit. We replied back on a social media post/ message to have you provide an email where we can reach you. We then found an email with different name in our system which we replied within our 24 hour **** with troubleshooting steps along with information requested to proceed with a resolution. If you can reply back to us we are more than willing to assist.

    Very expensive, filters needed replaced after 6 months for an additional $100, and then it just stopped working after 10 months. Currently the company that has the warranty refuses to send a box that we need to return it in, even though their warranty claims that the packaging is their responsibility. They agree that the fix is to send us a new machine, but claim that we need to buy the machine and then hope that they refund it after they get the broken one back. We got this machine to have some confidence in water safety for our toddler and this has been complete frustration since trying to get them to resolve the problem. Don't waste your money or time on this one.
