    I have been submitting a rebate form since October 2023. It was sent via mail which is what i was told to do and was told it would take a couple months. I then reached out 2/12/24 and was told it was not received to email it, i emailed 2/12/24, 2/14/24. I then called and was told no email so i sent again on the 2/14/24. Then called on 2/20/24 was told it was there and i would get an email when entered into their system. Called back 2/26/24, left on hold for 35 minutes after asking for a manager. hung up and am now filing complaint The rebate is for $3000 and i would like it issued ASAP

    Good afternoon,

    Resource Innovations is in receipt of a complaint filed by *******************.  We have begun to internally investigate but unfortunately, we are still gathering information and are unable to meet today's deadline for our response.  Further, ******************************* *****, General Counsel, is out of the office on medical leave and will return the week of 3/15.  We respectfully ask for an extension to provide you with a more detailed summary and corrective action taken.

    Please advise if an extension is granted and the new response deadline.
