      I had a compressor motor installed in my Carrier HVAC A/C system on 8.29.23. The A/C compressor caused the entire unit to freeze over after less than 30 days of operation by 9.16.23. The A/C unit is like a block of ice. There is ice on the compressor and evaporative coils all around the unit. When installing the new compressor they cracked the concrete foundation causing the cold air vent to lean to the right. Several screws were missing after installation. Minor component such as the capacitor switch and motor switch were not replaced. ****** did not complete a through diagonisis before the install. They come to look at the A/C unit on Wedneday 9.20.23 after I call and told the the unit was frozen over. The technician said is would be thawed out by Thursday, the next day. I disagreed. I wanted them to come out on Friday 9.22.23. The said they would evaluate the issue on Monday 9.25.23. They want to charge me for any further repairs. Since the compressor failed with in 30 day, can I get a full refund? I want the A/C repaired free of charge.

      In response to *************************** complaint:

      On 8/29/23 we replaced a compressor, recharged with R22 (recommended),
      added stop leak and A/C renew oil, replaced drier - the system was
      working normally. One month later, 9/25/23 we found the unit frozen and
      low on charge. We found a small leak in ******** cap (our fault). We
      recharged and replaced the ******** cap at no charge. At the 9/25/23
      visit we had no access to the inside of dwelling to check the filter. 
      We were called again 10/4/23 in which the complaint was lack of
      capacity.  We checked the system and found it operating normal. We found
      a restricted filter (very dirty). We installed high flow air filter
      (recommended style - not pleated). The capacity airflow was restored. We
      supplied the customer with 12 high *************** at no charge.
