    My vehicle was stolen and found burnt. I tried to make an insurance claim with my insurance policy company although I found out that they denied my claim due to not having insurance for a period of 2 months, since June my insurance dropped me. Although I have proof where I contacted my insurance agent in May where I still was showing coverage an active policy, nothing was mentioned to me about my policy being terminated nor negative derogatory towards my policy. I never received a form from DMV regarding my registration going to get suspended due to not having insurance and this usually happens when no insurance is being reported for any vehicle. I then called my insurance agent and they mentioned that I was dropped due to someone else in the household calling to add an excluded driver. I signed an exclusion form on or about October of 2023 excluding that member from my policy. The agent opened an investigation with there underwriting department and the agent mentioned they were going to back date that form due to the form being completed and they would reopen my claim so that my claim gets covered. I then received information from the claims department the reason why I was dropped from my insurance was because an exclusion form was not completed, which Im not understanding because it was completed on my behalf. There has been a lot of miscommunication between the main company and the agent where they both keep saying many different things.
