On 10/20/2023 I met with ********************* to discuss establishing a TRUST. On 10/23/2023 I paid for her services in full of $1992. This included the cost of recording the trust with the county recorder's office. As of 1/16/2024. The ************************ still has not received any documentation in regards to transferring the deeds to my properties in said trust. At the same time, ************** was also working on an Affidavit of ************ for my son, **********************. I have reached out to her on numerous occasions via Text Message and Email with no response. The dates are as follows: 11/17/2023 via text, 11/30/2023 via email, she did reply on 12/4/2023. I followed up again on 12/8/2023, 2/18/2023 and on 1/16/2024 via text and email. Based on her reviews online this is something she does quite often, I'd like either a refund or for her to file the correct documents as she stated she would and provide receipts for delivery.

I was hired to prepare an estate plan on October 24, 2023. I was paid $1,750.00 to complete *************** and prepare and record a Grant **** for *****************************************************************. *************** was completed, signed, and provided to the client on November 5, 2023. (See attached invoice) I prepared an Affidavit of Death of Joint Tenant at no cost to the client. (See attached invoice.) The client advanced the estimated recording fee of $105.00. I prepared a Trust *************** for the property located at ***************************************************************************** at no cost to the client. (See attached invoice.) The client advanced the estimated recording fee of $105.00. (See attached invoice.) I instructed my office staff to record the three (3) documents with the ******************************. I was told the task was completed and I accepted my staff members statement that the task was completed. On January 16, ****, I was made aware by a third party that the Affidavit of Death and Trust ********************* were not, in fact, recorded. I swiftly addressed this issue including, terminating staff member and causing the documents to be recorded with ****************************** on January 17, ****. (See attached proof of recordings.) I was not provided correspondence from the client, but was altered of the issue by a third party. After I was altered, I discovered through my IT department (on January 17, ****) that the staff member diverted the client's contact with me so she would not be terminated. The issue is being resolved within the office and strict permissions are in the process of being added.

Additionally, the client asked my office to assist her son with his Affidavit of ************* as she had payed an attorney to assist her to no avail. We agree to assist the client's son with resolving the Small Affidavit issue at no charge. (See attached invoice.) We prepared the affidavit for him, provided a notary for his signature, and assisted the client in obtaining an EIN number for the small estate because she had an uncashed check that she needed to deposit. A priority mail label was populated through **** (Tracking number **** **** **** **** **** 53.)

On January 17, ****, When I addressed the issue relating to the recordings, I located the mailing that was prepared, within the staff member's documents on her desk. I have since resolved this issue by overnighting the ************ document to the third party.

I sought services from Logic Legal Solutions to file for divorce. Feb. 10th i paid $810.00, i was told that i would receive legal counsel, support filing documents, be advised on my court appearance, and many other false promises. After being ignored for several days, i got contact from ***** ***** again. She stated that because i had not received a guaranteed phone call or been properly advised on the court proceeding prior to my court appearance that she would offer a $100 refund or ongoing legal support. I chose the later option. Months went by of me routinely updating her on the case and giving her notes of things going on behind the scenes. Forward to June, i ask several times when the deadlines of my court papers and responses needed to be filed, so she tells me June 19th is the deadline. Days go by and she does not respond. June 19th is a court holiday, so nothing can be filed. Several days later she informs me that she had mistakenly told me the wrong date and that she was working on my draft to submit. My court date was June 26th. Mediation was July 6th. By July 8th i have tried to contact her many times to no avail. I have received no response. The office is completely empty at all hours of the day and the phones go to voicemail all hours of the day. I have tried to reach out via phone, text, and email. The promised services were not fulfilled multiple times. Image “3480” shows that preparation for mediation prior to court is a service i paid for yet did not receive.

I paid ***** ***** with Logic Legal Solutiions, Inc. the amount of $875.00 on 8/20/22. This was half of the amount needed in order for her to help us file Conservatorship paperwork for my mother-in-law who currently suffers from dementia. Once the half amount ($875.00) was paid, ***** would start the paperwork process. ***** did email us the paperwork to complete, however, she has not been responding to me after I submitted the paperwork and waiting on the filing process. She advised me she would contact me with additional paperwork, but I have yet to receive it. She has not been responding to my text messages and emails in the last 4 months. I would like my money back if she is not willing to follow through with processing the paperwork.
