    My mother ***************************** ended a lease for an apartment she was renting but the company continued to take money out of my (*********************) account for 2 month October 2023 and November 2023. Diamond Terrace has refused to refund the money and the security deposit to me even though the money came from account. I have been paying my mother rent there for over 2 years and 6 months since she moved in. I am on the lease as a payee also. They sent checks in my mother name with security deposit included but it was in my mothers name but they will not send it in my name.
