    Received a mask, very late I might add. They only shipped it when I called and left a message to cancel the order. After receiving the mask it looked nothing like the photos so I called them multiple time till I spoke with someone. I agreed to return the item using their email number and paying return shipping out of pocket. I never received a refund. So I essentially bought a mask and paid to return it. Worst online company Ive ever dealt with. Scam.

    I never received my costume for my kids but only received adult hats (that went with the children costumes). I disputed the charge and they had the audacity to say the charges are valid because they sent over hats. We couldn't even use the hats because we didn't get the main costume? The girl "********" emailed me to take back the dispute she will give me a partial refund but I said no because I needed the option to return the partial and get the full refund as I wasn't able to use the hat without the costumes that were never sent.******** also said that if they show delivery proof, I won't get any money back (threat?)

    i have not recieved my order 2 dog costmes as of oct 27 th they cashed my check i have called left messages x3 sent emailes and even a written letter i have never been treated like this no way u can talk to a real person......i have been waiting for a phone call back for 4 weeks never again dont know what to do next

    I would not use this company. I placed my order on 9/25 and did not receive it until 10/31. The shipping policy is as follows:Please allow 1-7 business days to process your Costume Place order. I spoke with a sales representative once. Then I left 2 voicemails and 3 emails which were never returned trying to cancel or return my order. To receive a refund the package must be postmarked within 3 days of delivery. This is very difficult to do as no one will return calls/emails for a return number. I never even opened the package. And by the way for all returns the customer is responsible for shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Review Rating Zero Stars!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I would have seen the other reviews. I ordered the costume two weeks ago and today is October 30th. I called today and they told me the costume is on back order. I received no emails regarding the situation. Now I have to tell my child he will not have a costume for Halloween.

    Scam site and contact number doesn't reach anyone. I made an order 4 weeks ago for Halloween a d it never showed. I emailed numerous times and called the fake number in hopes I can reach someone but it was a dead end. Don't bother!

    I placed an order two weeks before their deadline to guarantee BEFORE Halloween delivery and when it still hadn't been shipped on the 27th I wrote to cancel the order. I got no response until I got a shipping notification on the 30th. FALSE REPRESENTATION.

    Do not buy from these guys!! I placed a order on sept, 29th 2023. Today is oct, 24th 2023. A whole month has gone by. Still no confirmation of my order being shipped. I've called the number on their website plenty of times, I've emailed them 4 different times. I even left voicemails. They just won't reply or reach out. They took my money and failed to send out my product. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

    I placed on order October 15 and received email verification of order. Was informed other will be shipped within 1-5 days. No further notifications received. The verification email recommended using "Shop app" to track the order. Download Shop, but tracking information not available - started "Item Ordered only."Have sent emails with no response. Have called with no response. Need to know if costume will be arriving or not.
