In April 2020 I purchased a logo to be made by this company. A year later I was told the copyright expired, so I paid them money to renew. No paperwork provided. In 2022 I was called and told the same thing. But this time they told me I had to pay for lifetime copyright, trademark, publication/notarization, and website registration. After being told that was the final amount they told me I needed to pay for a finalization fee. Total lies. I told them no, filed fraud with the bank and got my money back.In early 2024 they sent me a text telling me I would be infringing upon them if I continued using the logo. I told them I stopped using it years ago. However they told me I needed a closure letter to the state and federal office or I'd be facing a cease and desist for my business along with a $45,000 infringement fee. I made sure the old logo was taken down in as many places as I could. When I told them to leave me alone they sent that threatening message. This company scams, lies and is not legally allowed to register anything for you or your business. At this point they are harassing any and all of their old clients.

I purchased a logo from this company a few years ago, I have been contacted continuously about "infringement of copyright". They are attempting to extort me for a "copyright registration renewal". I have received several text, and calls, wanting me to pay $1250 for a lifetime registration, and if i don't they will *** me.Also, the person contacting me was very abusive in their language as well as using discriminatory words.
