**** led his repair team, ************* (from ****************** came today, 9/30/24 for a repair appointment as following:1. Two small gaps between bottom parts of front door frame (sill?) and the vertical posts on door frame.2. A huge horizontal gulch (~ 0,5" x 0.5" x 60" !!!) left on supporting wood bottom, between the sill and the ceramic tiled floor in the entry hall.3. In addition, a long metal shell dam was added to cover the now sealed gulch on the inside to further prevent rain seepage into entry hall ********************* then advised us to allow time for the sealant to dry...etc. Excellent job done. Nice team ******************** skills!Now, this front door and entry hall look beautiful. We feel more confident re. the ********************** of the door. We appreciate the efforts & high quality workmanship from ************ This review is applicable to the Repair team.**** *.BTW., these defects had been overlooked at "final inspection" by the installation team around Nov., '23, We noticed & came to realize such defects could be detrimental to the reliability of the door & supporting structure only after a few heavy rain falls,)After Nando came for inspection on our request, we also realized these defects which could have been captured by the installation team at "final inspection".Renewal by Andersen of San Francisco
