      EXTREMELY DANGEROUS CONTRACTOR. I was unfortunate enough to be referred to Synergy for an asbestos abatement. They failed to remove the asbestos, leaving debris throughout my home, including my HVAC vents. Not only was I exposed to asbestos located in my HVAC vents, but my entire master bedroom was contaminated. They also failed to remediate the situation on a second occasion. This was proven to be true by an independent environmental consultant.Stay away from Synergy if you value your property, your mental and emotional health, and your life.

      holy ****** I called to cancel and got ******* who did nothing but talk over me interrupt me, hang up on me and I never raised my voice, swore, nothing. So incredibly disrespectful. On top of that they came out and tried to hustle me into a long-term contract I didn't need. She refused to send me an email and aslo refused to give it to me over the phone. I asked for a cancelation confim # she said they dont do that so I said send me an email and I'l reply back and she said she couldn't do that. so out of control. Don't do business with these subcontractors they are all dirty

      They call my salon everyday! I have requested multiple times to please take ** off the list, they agree and yet they still keep calling and when I tell them the owner is not interested, they hang up and just call again later. I do not want any calls from them anymore!! I have at least 6 different contact numbers they have been calling from. How do I get this to stop!?!?

      I applied for the socal energy-saving program way back in Dec 2022. My landlord at the rental property was pretty on top of it and sent over all the info. The Supervisor, ***********************************, is never at work! She's either out of the office or on vacation. Whatever it is...she definitely doesn't check her emails and doesn't update files. My landlord literally showed me the emails that were sent to show that the program was definitely slowed because of the company. The workers are just as bad, they never have any information and they keep giving the run around when asked specific questions. They are all unhelpful and can't do their job correctly. If you're applying to this program ask them to switch you to another provider asap. They are not worth the headache and they are trash.

      I was refused gas because I didnt know the pump number. The crackhead manager was high on duty. Talking to me like she is crazy. As I entered the store they looked at me from my head to my feet. I gave me attitude
