      Helped me move across the state quickly and efficiently. Surprised by the reviews, had absolutely no problem with this business. I kept my end of the deal and so did they. I called several other moving companies that couldnt book us last minute, Cheap Movers was more than accommodating. Our stuff arrived with no issues and it was quoted correctly. Id use them again for any future moves and I recommend them anytime a friend or family member is moving.

      Horrific in every way - I'm glad I dodged a bullet. While they operate under Cheap Movers Club **** they have many subsidiary companies that ARE NOT AUTHORIZED FOR INTERSTATE MOVING OF HOME GOODS (check them out on FMCSA). Be careful, and DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS.Quoted me as Cheap Movers Club **** charged me as Cheap Movers LLC. Did my research, and that's when I found out that their *********** handling the move was not authorized for interstate travel of home goods. Cheap Movers Club is a BROKER, they do not have their own trucks - as well, they have little to no moves documented under their service (credited or uncredited), they have very little online reviews (which makes me think they just cycle through companies over and over again), and demand a +20% deposit from you.When I asked for insurance, they referred me to a third party moving insurance company (*********************************************) that's HORRIBLY reviewed online. When I called and asked to reschedule due to wanting to take more time researching reputable insurance companies for my move, that's when they became incredibly unprofessional - they demanded to know why I would 'change my mind' "over something as unimportant as insurance". Then, after repeating over and over "I just got to know now, personally, I just got to know...", and asking me a series of very personal questions, when I said they were making me uncomfortable with how they were talking to me, they said:"Oh, so it's my fault, now? You know what, we don't even want to do business with you. We'll give you your deposit back. Good bye."Hung up on me... then texted me:"Manager says no refunds 24 hours before move date. Good luck :thumbs_up_emoji:"An hour later, a DIFFERENT PERSON called me, asking "is it true you canceled your move?" When I asked who the person was, they said they were a MOVING COMPANY !!!-HIRED-!!! BY CHEAP MOVERS CLUB.What a nightmare. SPARE YOURSELF.

      Frankly, we expected this. This customer never used our service. They attempted to cancel a reserved move 24 hours before the pickup knowing this would cost us money and it is against policy per the contract. We did nothing to encourage this cancellation out of the blue that cost us money. They could care less what it cost us, and only cared about a deposit refund even though they did not qualify because we were scheduled to be there in less than 24 hours. When explained to the customer that this was not acceptable, then all of a sudden we are a terrible company ? We did nothing but deliver excellent service up until the errant cancellation. the excuse that the customer trued to use was they wanted extra insurance but this was obviously a lie because when we offered extra insurance it was declined. This entire fake review, with its fake claims is untrue. We are a licensed reputable moving company and have been for many years. This customers vindictive attempt to harm our company due to their own actions is really, just another thinly veiled attempt to extort us for the deposit they lost due to their negligent actions. PLEASE REMOVE THIS REVIEW, it is not accurate, the customer never used our service and they should not be allowed to post this as it is slander and libelous and inaccurate.

      Literally the best moving service I have ever used. They were professional, on time as promised, excellent at communicating important information during the process and very careful with my items. I ordered a white glove full packing service and they boxed everything in the home as well as relocating it out of state for me. Delivery was as promised and with no price increases, after receiving a free on site estimate. Excellent service highly recommend.
