    Our vaccine freezer broke at the end of April. We called the manufacturer and they recommended this company to fix it. The cost of the freezer was $1200.00. We called the company and the technician came out and said that it was a problem with the control panel and the cost to fix it would be $1150.00. The technician came on 5/3/22 and completed the work. On 5/31/22 the freezer broke down again causing the vaccines I had stored to go out of range. I called the business owner, upset that the freezer was still broken after paying so much to fix it a few weeks prior. He was very rude to me on the phone and said he would send another technician to check it. The technician came, and did not speak to me or explain what he was doing or tell me the problem. At the end, he charged us another $310.00 for the visit 5/31/22. I refused to pay this. That night freezer went out again. I ended up buying a new freezer. I contacted the owner by email again telling him that the freezer is broken and that I will not pay the $310.00 and he said he will send it to collections. I checked on yelp and there are many similar complaints about this business online. I wrote about my experience on yelp and the next day the business owner replied with a rude response on yelp. I asked the owner for a more detailed invoice of the bill for the work one on 5/3/22 and he has not sent me it. I have uploaded the bill he gave me and it is vague and unprofessional. I will not pay the $310.00 because they did not fix the freezer and failed to give me a reasonable explanation of what was wrong with it. I already paid way too much to this company for nothing since I ended up buying a new machine.
