    ****** Ramirez from Ramirez Scaffolding purchased more scaffolding from me **** *********** and did not pay for the entire transaction. I listed for sale nearly 50 sections of scaffolding, 40 cross supports, boards and corner supports for 2k$. ****** Ramirez sent his undocumented workers that didn't speak english, (I speak spanish) to come pick up and do the transaction. After realizing they could not load all of the scaffolding into their van in 1 trip they agreed to do 2 trips same day to get it all. ****** Ramirez did a Zelle transaction for 1k$ because he mentioned that his bank wouldn't allow him to do the full amount. He agreed to bring cash up on the 2nd trip once picking up all the rest of the scaffolding. The workers loaded up a little more than half of the scaffolding supports, all of the cross supports and all of the corners. They figured they woud get the boards and rest of the supports into the van on 2nd trip. Even though they didn't speak english it seemed to go as good as expected as we didn't know each other. They left and agreed to see me again in a few hours. After waiting til 7 pm that night i had no call or message from anyone. I tried reaching ****** Ramirez who was very difficult to get ahold of however did message me that someone was coming. Nobody came and ****** Ramirez is not responding to my texts or voicemails. He has stolen many pieces of scaffolding as he has not yet paid for them. I have offered him to just pay me the rest of the $ he owe me and he could come get the parts at his leisure. He refused to answer any of my calls and respond to my texts and I feel that this is very very poor business. He is a business ownere and so am I and I feel short handed. I am giving him the opportunity to settle up his debts and do what we agreed on.
