    Sequoiawireless ILLEGALLY AND *****ULENTLY *had my legitimate phone service canceled* and then installed their illegal fraudulent account onto my phone service, canceling my actual phone number, and replacing it with their fraud phone number. I could not use my phone/texts at all, and it took me many hours having to contact California lifeline, then Sequoia wireless then assurance wireless, all without phone service because Sequoia wireless fraud canceled my phone service! So after I finally tracked down the fact that Sequoia wireless had illegally transferred my service from my carrier to them, I emailed them and they told me to email them my date of birth and last four of my social security number. Which I did. I also gave them my phone number that they canceled. And they had my correct email I was contacting them through. But these idiots ended up emailing the email thread of me contacting them about the fraud, with my personal information, TO THE ***** EMAIL ACCOUNT THAT STARTED THE ***** TRANSFER!!!!! SO SEQUOIA WIRELESS NOT ONLY COMMITTED ***** AND TRANSFERRED MY SERVICE ILLEGALLY, BUT THEN THEY ACTUALLY HANDED OVER ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE *****ULENT EMAIL THAT CREATED THE ***** ACCOUNT!! When I got very mad at them for doing that, they just emailed me back saying that they fired the agent. To me that is admission of guilt. They fired the agent because he just sent my personal information to the fraud email! Now my personal data is compromised, I have no phone service now because of these creeps, they won't do anything to help me restore my phone service, I have had no phone for 2 days now, and they are saying it might take 10 more days to reinstate my original phone service plan that Sequoia wireless illegally and fraudulently interrupted and shut down, and again, they just compromised all my personal information by being idiots and transferring my personal emails with them to the fraud email account. Absolutely unprofessional.

    As a California LifeLine service provider, Sequoia Wireless strictly adheres to all program rules and regulatory requirements, including those governing service transfers and eligibility verification. Our California-based call center spoke directly with the individual and explained that their enrollment was approved by the California LifeLine Administrator based on verified eligibility. The subscriber's identity was authenticated, and the enrollment was processed in full compliance with state and FCC program rules. Per FCC and LifeLine program guidelines, we are required to communicate using the email address provided at the time of enrollment. All correspondence followed these established procedures. Once we were informed that the subscriber wished to cancel service with Sequoia Wireless and return to their previous provider, we immediately released the LifeLine benefit, enabling them to re-enroll with their prior carrier without delay. Our support team spent several hours assisting the subscriber by phone and email, including providing detailed instructions on how to reinitiate service with their original provider, as only the subscriber can complete that process. Sequoia Wireless was founded to make a positive impact by delivering essential services to those who need them most. We remain committed to supporting every subscriber with professionalism, care, and compliance.
