    **** Del Toro from Renewal by ******** did a follow up service call this morning installing finally a correct upstairs window sash and installed some window pull handles. **** was very professional, courteous, and understanding of our most recent windows install job due to some glitches!     The design consultant, ****, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive to all my questions. His presentation of options was very clear and made my decision very easy. I especially liked the care he showed when interacting with my wife who has Alzheimer's!

    I worried when one of our Andersen windows got stuck, but Andersen's support was superb. With the 10-year warranty still in effect (8 years in!) they came and fixed it for free in five minutes. Courteous, efficient, reliable. A huge relief.In fact, we've installed many new Andersen windows in our century-old house in San Francisco, and although they're pricey, you get what you pay for. We love the clean look and the ease of cleaning by "leaning" in our windows, which would otherwise require me to risk my life on a ladder or spend money to hire a pro.No regrets here!
