    ******** was super. He phoned when he was near my home to let me know he was on his way. He listened to my concern and then explained what could have happened. He cleaned the windows, inside and out, and told me to contact Andersen again if the problem repeated itself, which he felt would not happen. ******** represents the best of Andersen. Give him a raise!!

    From start to finish was exceptional service. Highly recommend! Window installation was great, they took care of every detail and made sure all was done correctly. At the end to conclude work ******** made sure windows and screen door worked properly. Everyone I came in contact with at ******** were professional and took the utmost care. I would definitely go through ******** windows again.

    **** from ******** Windows arrived on time and called 20 minutes before arrival. He finished my window repair under 15 minutes. His work was clean and efficient. He had a pleasant and respectful demeanor. Outstanding work ethic, in my opinion.

    ***** did a great job adjusting all our French and sliding doors that were installed by Andersen 15+ years ago and taking measurements to replace glass and then securing a broken sidelight window (broken by gardener). Many thanks

    I had 22 windows installed about 15 years ago. I've been very happy with them.When I noticed that some of the weather stripping was worn out, I made an appointment to have the windows serviced. I was amazed after the excellent and thorough virtual appointment. After the appointment it was great to have an estimate and instructions on when I'd be contacted for the work to be done.Last Thursday ************ installed new weather stripping on all of the windows and also repaired 1 window that didn't close properly. (I think a house guest tried to force the window open without unlocking it.) I'm so impressed.They were punctual, really nice to me & each other, thorough and professional,I also appreciated that they patiently answered all my questions. Great service!
