      I've been with your program for over 10 years. Back in the day, Savas Health was fantastic with top-notch providers who genuinely cared about us patients. Sadly, I've seen things go downhill as the focus shifted away from patient care and more towards squeezing insurance companies.These days, every visit involves a two-hour wait in really uncomfortable chairs, just for a quick five-minute chat with a nurse to refill my prescription. On top of that, I'm being forced into unnecessary chiropractic services just to get my meds. This practice feels like a way to bill my insurance for stuff I don't need, which is pretty frustrating.Then there's the so-called counseling services. Instead of real sessions, it's just a bunch of us packed into a room to watch a 15-minute slideshow. This approach doesn't meet individual needs and feels quite inadequate.All these issues -- long wait times, unnecessary services, and poor counseling -- have taken there toll on me and numerous patients I have spoken with. Everyone is fed up with how it is ran. Even a few of the staff have voiced their discontent. Today was the last straw. Had to cancel a previous appointment due to health issues (covid and bronchitis). Called and got no answer, so left a message. Received a voicemail asking to re-schedule, called back immediately and got the voicemail again. 3rd try a week or so later and again...voicemail. One time I did get through to ***** however the connection dropped and when I called back it was just the voicemail option. Tried leaving a message with the ** however their voicemail was full. After speaking with a supervisor and asking for an earlier appointment (I have a weeks worth of medication left) I was told no, and they wouldn't provide a partial refill until I could see them unless I came in and saw there *** in over a month.

      Last month on the date of july 1, 2022 I had an appointment, and that went fine until they gave me an an appointment for my return the next month. This is a Pain Management issue and I go every month. They gave me a new date for Aug. 29th which is 4 days AFTER my medications run out. They are supposed to give me a date no later than 30 days after my appointments. I have tried to call them to rectify the issue, and the scheduler told me she would send the Doctor a note, and he would contact me within ONE business day. This was on Monday Aug.8th and today is Aug. 11th. Next I have tried to call the Provider himself, and what I got was a ringing phone with NO answer OR even a message machine. I NEED to get my appointment moved up to the week of the 22nd or my medication will run out and make me deathly ill. NO ONE is returning my calls.
