    On 08/14/24, I entered the recovery program at this facility. I surrendered my property including my own medications that i brought from home. I completed the program and was released on 08/19/24. When my property was returned, my medications were missing. When i inquired about them, I was told that i didnt bring anything with me during the intake process. Ive since requested for video footage of the intake process to be reviewed for it will show that I held the medications in my hand and showed them to the nurse, but I have received no response.

    Dear ***************************,

    Thank you for bringing the complaint from ***************************, dated 8/20/24, to our attention. ******************** was a patient in our detox unit from 8/14/24 to 8/19/24. Upon his admission, he brought a bottle containing a mixture of three different medications. To log and store these medications safely, they first needed to be identified by the pharmacy.

    On 8/20/24 When ******************** later called to inquire about his medications, the staff member he spoke with was unaware that the medications were with the pharmacy and mistakenly informed him that there were no medications for him at the facility. I was notified about the situation and informed staff that the medications were on the unit and were to be returned when patient arrived.

    On 8/22/24 ******************** returned to the facility and was returned his medications by our Program Manager ************************* at 1042am.
