    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a fraudulent business practice by Devil Dog Energy. This complaint is in relation to an unauthorized installation of solar panels on my rental property located at *************************************** May 24, 2024 a supposed contract was signed with my signature. I honestly say that signature was not mine. Devil Dog's sale representative forged a signature on the contract. In August 2024, Better Earth installed solar panels on the property without my consent or approval. I am the homeowner, and I have never signed any agreement, contract, or given verbal consent for this installation. It has come to my attention that the salesperson convinced the renters that I, as the property owner, had authorized the installation, which is categorically false.Furthermore, I have now received a bill in my name from ********** Solar for services I never requested or agreed to. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with Everbright Solar, I have encountered significant difficulties:I request that the BBB investigate this matter and assist me in resolving the issue. I seek the immediate removal of the solar panels, cancellation of any associated charges, and confirmation from Everbright Solar that no further action will be taken against me regarding this installation.Please feel free to contact me for any additional information or documentation you may need. I appreciate your assistance in addressing this serious concern.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,
