    2-9-24. $345.60 Tabletop glass 42" circle, 18 1/8 x 473/4 Deposit two hundred dollars. . The staff is very Discrimination & prejudiced and rude. Got disrespect for mo reasons. No respect to coustemer. As a customer i was treated very demeanor. I immediately cancel my job never got started they are stealing money from customers. I have my contract. Was sopost to resive $200 if full refundI i was given $150 refund doesn't never was told their was a retaking fees about 10%. Restocking fee my order is a will call order. that I have. They never came out to my house. And I like to complain about this glass Valley glass near company at 179 *************************** in Hemet, *****.

    Firstly, we apologize if you felt discriminated against or experienced rudeness from our staff. We hire quality staff and to date this is the first complaint of this kind that we have received. With that being said, we have a very strict policy against any form of discrimination or disrespect, and we are genuinely sorry if you felt that way during your interaction with us.

    Regarding the refund discrepancy, we do have a restocking fee of 10% as previously mentioned.  We understand this might not have been explicitly communicated and would like to discuss this further with you. Please reach out to our offices at your convenience. 

    With regards to the incomplete refund, please contact our office at your convince to speak with management. We are committed to rectifying this immediately and will ensure that the remaining $50 is promptly returned to you. Our goal is to provide fair and transparent service, and we regret any inconvenience caused.
