Purchased a Cadillac Escalade 2003 April 2022 for $9200.00 Cash. Dealer promised to fix any major problems.Upon pick up, the next day the vehicle did not start, had to have the dealer reboost the battery. Ended up purchasing a new battery from Auto Zone for $176.00. Tried to get the A/C fixed, left the vehicle twice for a total of 7 days. Finally picked it up and fixed the problem myself. Now as of August 2022 the Oil Pressure Sensor light came on. I contacted the dealer , no response.
I purchased the part and an extension rachet, paid $160.00, to try to replace the sensor myself. Was unable to locate the position of the sensor. Tried to text Chas, at Car Cats again. No response. Now the vehicle is not pulling electrical power. The new battery is charged. I haven't been able to drive the Escalade since August of 2022, it has been parked at my daughter's house since then. I got 5 months of driving for $9200.00 plus battery $176.00 plus sensor $160.00. So basically put out $9500.00 plus an oil change $60.00 at Valvoline, for 5 months of local in town driving!

Please be advised that Ms. ******** failed to return to the Dealership last year when we were prepared to correct the issues she is mentioning.
I attempted to call the number on the the notice and she does not have this number, it belongs to someone else whom complained that he has been
    receiving calls for Shelly ********.
I will attempt to correct the issues she is speaking about but I need for her to call me.  Please be advised that she has not attempted to reach me, she has my
cell phone number and knows my location, of which I have been here 7 years.

    Respectfully,

I purchased my first car from car cats I ended up putting down $1000 In the first car that was sold to me was basically a limon which is against the law for a car dealer to sell .and the car was literally falling apart the check engine light was on multiple times and the car was also sold to me with broken brake lights I ended up getting a ticket for it. The second car I was sold was a Ford which I’m paying $7000 for which the car is not valued around that amount The car is not even worth the value. And I have made three payments almost four and the owner is telling me I’ve only been paying the down payment not the actual car payments. And the cars that are being sold Are being priced Way above their value 3x to 4x times their value. I would also like a full complete refund of what I paid so far including my down payment no exchanges of any kind.
