    I'm going to keep this short because the story is too long. We own a small business and used this company for our plans/permitting, equipment supply, and installation of our Swamp Cooler/Hood System- every single thing ****** Restaurant Supply/Michelotti Engineering was a part of was a nightmare.They caused us massive delays during the permitting process, failed to deliver all of our equipment (which we paid for), and did messy work on our hood system/swamp cooler installation (resulting in leaks, roof damage, and a scratched up hood).As a small business, I don't take writing a negative review lightly at all. However, this needs to be known so others can avoid the same stress, pain, and hardship their work caused (opening a business is hard enough without all of this added mess). Find someone else, do your research heavily, and do not use this company- it's not worth the risk.

    Owner *** is very dishonest and he willl never complete the projects They dont pay their sub contracts and customer ends up with lot of legal issue When you call or text there wont be a reply from him
