    On may 21st I was looking to get a service done by timeless spa ***********. They also go by girlbeautya. Thats what the $50 charge is under. I went through there website and went through scheduling process. Said deposits are not refundable and I agreed due to wanting the service done. After submitting the deposit and receiving email confirmation, I noticed that rest of money due at the time of your appointment is due in cash only. They did state this beforehand. Nothing is stated about being cash only once you get to your appointment. I emailed them and nothing. This is something that should be stated beforehand and not after you have made the deposit. If this was mentioned before hand I would have never made the appointment and waited to have cash in hand. I thought I was able to use my credit card (the same one I made the deposit with) at my appointment to pay the remaining balance. I have sent email that I just shared no response. I have messaged them on their instagram multiple times to help me resolve this issue and never heard back from anyone. My appointment was may 31st at 12:45pm. On that morning I started to receive texts. I mentioned that I wasnt showing up to my appointment due to an issue of not being able to use the same card I used for deposit and cash only was not stated before making the deposit. They said that they will have a manger reach out and still nothing. This is some type of scam for people not to be able to get out of a service. They also mentioned that their card processor is down when I received the email after paying the deposit. I dont understand how its down if its taking online payments with peoples debit or credit cards. They can use the same process in person to send me a invoice so I can pay with my credit card. Something is not adding up.
