On March 14th 2023 I purchased a washer and dryer set for the amount of $450 plus $25 delivery fee so a total of $475 from Mr ****** he advised me that I had a 90 day warranty on April 21st 2023 my dryer stopped working I immediately contacted him for repair under my warranty he told me he would be out the next morning after he did not show up in the morning I reached out again two more times when he answered me and said he had an emergency and he would let me know when he was back so he could do the repairs I reached out several more times over the course of 4 days and he still never replied being that I have six children who need clothes for school I was forced to hire a repair man through a different company to come out and make the needed repairs on April 25th I had to come out of pocket and pay $225 for the repairs after I made a post on Facebook warning other consumers about his business then his niece started messaging my niece making passive aggressive threats he finally answered me after seeing the Facebook review and said I should have just waited for him although he was not communicating at all nor did he schedule any appointment to come and make the needed repairs he also said he was not willing to reimburse me due to the fact that I bashed him on Facebook quite a few other people have come forward to saying they've been through the same thing I just feel it would be fair for him to reimburse me for the $225 I had to spend to fix the dryer that he should have fixed under the warranty he said that he was sick but I clearly seen on Facebook he was actually getting married he could have communicated with me that he was busy getting married or whatever the case may be and scheduled a date and time to come out and I would have gladly waited but he continued to ignore me for days

On March 14th 2023 I sold a washer and dryer to a customer with a 90-day warranty. Being the only repair guy on service for my company I have many calls daily, so my schedule is busy. Thursday April 20th I was interrupted with family events and stopped work that weekend to be with family.  On April 21st when I received the text message for the repair, I was dealing with a emergency with my wife going to the emergency room. I had replied to the customer and gave a notice of the emergency I was dealing with, and I would get back to her when i can get the chance. Life happens and being the only service provider for my company its difficult keeping up with everything, so I decided to take the weekend off. On April 22 Saturday my wife was release from the hospital and i was taking care of her at home. And on that Saturday, I was going to do the repair, but she said she was leaving from her house and didn't end up going to do the repair. The following Monday April 24th I was getting married at the recorder office and took the day off, and that following Tuesday I had a family member notify me of the Facebook post the customer has posted. I didn't receive any text message nor calls of the customer getting another repair guy to come and fix her machine. At this time there was no communication being made between us pertaining to the machine. I did contact her about the post and tried to explain what I was going through that weekend, and she wanted a reimbursement for the repair she paid form another repair guy for the machine which the amount was $225. Her impatience and uncommunication led her to pay that amount she shouldn't notify about dealing with another repair person. But posted my company on Facebook, I been working with appliances for 34 years and never had a problem with a customer that led to this point.

I am rejecting this response because:

He ignored me for days he never scheduled a day for the repair or I would have gladly waited for that day because he didn't communicate with me a date I decided to go ahead and call someone else to do it he didn't respond to me untill I made a post on social media he could have easily said I can come on this specific time and date with no explanation but he chose to ignore me
