    On Jun 6th **** came to our home to install wiring for a new spa. but did not have some part. He came back on Jun 9th and while here our solar panel breaker was turned off and he undid the service to our electrical oven. This was not discovered until I went to use my oven. We had to pay someone to come fix the problem for our oven and this cost us $275 plus a service call by an appliance repair person that could not fix the problem but referred us to another person. Then I received my Jul 24th electric bill and it was for $950.27. I then started to look into this and found out the solar panels were not producing energy starting on Jun 9th and this is evidenced by my SCE Account Overview (document available to show this). I contacted **** and he came out on Jul 27th. He said when he was here he did not properly install the correct breaker and that is how the oven got disconnected. I confronted him with the facts discussed above and he said he and his wife would look into this. I have email him on Jul 27, Jul 29, Aug 15, and Aug 19 to try and resolve this issue. I feel he is totally responsible for this and would like to be compensated for at least a portion of this bill. We paid him $2,000 for the original service he provided and now it has cost me over $1,500 or more. Attached is Receipt from ADV Electrical and information from SCE. The Jun 22nd bill would have shown a higher credit if the solar panels had been generating electricity so I have also attached a copy of that bill as well. Please note you have to look at page 3 of the SCE bills for the amounts I am talking about. Page 1 only reflects the taxes and fees I have to pay for the month.
