    This property did not deliver basic services such as hot water. LaQuinta staff did not inform guests of water issue or offer other hotel options. The management at this facility refused any type of refunds through Expedia and refuse to speak with me. I will not be using LaQuinta ever again. This business is unethical. I have reached out to their corporate office and have heard nothing. Do not book at this hotel!!! Beyond terrible!!

    La Quinta inn has an assistant manager who doesn't like hearing any complaint and will tell you to get out if you don't like it here as she did to me at this location because I wanted to know why we were asked to leave our room we were in for two days and were comfortable in. My man lost my 450-dollar chain over this move. She told me if I didn't like it to get out and find somewhere else and had the nerve to tell me she could see to it I leave if I didn't like it. Then when I complained to the general manager through email, he or she was apologetic but basically said the same thing in a nice way. They don't know how to treat customers one bit and don't seem to care either. I was going to stay all year long Monday through Friday. They didn't and don't care about their guests, obviously
