      On the month of October 2022, I called Cisneros Bros for a problem that I had in my house with the pipes, since on of them burst, I got an estimate for 16,980.00 to replace all the old pipes for a new ones, Cisneros Bros did a good job putting new pipes around the house, except for the hole that they left on my son’s room, that I’m still waiting to see when they are going to call me so they can come to fix it, the inspector told me to give him a week and now is more than two weeks and nothing, I called them, left a message and I have not heard anything from them, also the problem was that Cisneros Bros hired a company to do all the patching of all the holes Cisneros Bros did on the walls, but that other company did not cover well where needed to be patched and textured causing debris all over the house, and other walls that were clean got stained and all the new pipes or water hoses that going to the toilets, the shutting valves of the toilets and the sinks were cover with the texture they use for the walls, and also some of the running boards that are on the bathroom were stained, when I told Cisneros Bros about it, they notices that the company they hired did a very sloppy job, Cisneros Bros tried to clean one section of the sealing were got stained but it did not work; after some days Cisneros Bros send an inspector from their company and he also noticed the sloppy job that the company they hired did. I did not pay so much money for a sloppy job and now I have to expend more money to hire a company to paint my house, since I’m disabled and with so much stress and anxiety, I suffer from chronic pain and with all this that is going on my pain has increased due to all the stress, Cisneros Bros supervisor knows that and it looks like they just do not care about it, they wanted to give me 500 dollars, that is not even enough for the pain and who is going to paint the house?? Since then Cisneros Bros have not answered my messages.
