      This hair sheds....badly. It's the Brazilian wave that you can wear straight or a little wavy . And it sheds...in the sink. In the car. At work...

      Im sorry this has happened. This is the first Im hearing from this customer regarding our hair extensions. We have no prior interaction. She has not reached out to us via phone or in person regarding this matter, or even for us to to check the quality or quality control check the hair extensions. Normally if there is any time that this happened which is rare, we have our customers come in so we can cross check the hair to see if its a quality issue on our end or if its the maintenance that the customer caused. Being in this business for 13 years sometimes customers use the wrong products. We are very thorough with educating our customers on what shampoo, and what products to use and some will still use different products. We would also like to check to see if the hair was altered in anyway to see if the hair was dyed. We have to make sure that the hair was not processed in anyway after purchase. Our store policy in store and on the receipt and on our website shows that we do not take any type of exchanges or refunds for this product because its normally the maintenance of the customer but understanding not everything is perfect. We wouldve loved for the customer to come in to quality check. During this process, we wash the hair ourselves we Flatiron go from there. Hair extensions shed naturally and thats just a normal reaction. We always explain to customers you will get a little bit of light shedding. Its normal especially when youre dealing with virgin hair extensions or even a wavy or curly pattern which she did mention she did have a wavy pattern. But our quality will never tangle, which is something she did not mention she only mentioned the shedding, which Again, you will get light shedding as she mentioned in her picture above. I would like to resolve this by having her come in with the hair extensions to check the quality and if there is an issue on our end, we have no problem issuing a refund but we would need the hair extensions back so we can submit it to our vendor if Our quality is actually the issue.
