    Date of Purchase: 1/27/25 Date of Dispute: 2/1/25 My initial order was made and then not shipped out. After a week of waiting I reached out to *** about a status update. They had informed me that my order had not yet shipped (even though the tracking said my package would arrive that day). They asked what I would like to do about the situation and I suggested expedited shipping. Instead of confirming that they were not going to do this, they shipped out my order, charged me the full amount, and used standard mail.On 2/1/25 I received the order without knowing they had even shipped it. Additionally, 90% of my $160 order was missing... I ordered 5 inks, 8 containers, & 4 spatulas. The only thing in the box were 3 spatulas and 3 containers.I contacted *** but never received a response from them. When I call their telephone number listed in their email it takes me to a completely different business. Contacting BBB is the only form of action I can currently take to handle the dispute and I need help to hopefully get a response from them. Thank you

    I have been a customer of this company for almost a year, and my most recent 3 or 4 purchases have been unsatisfactory. The website screenprintdirect.com specifies that orders submitted by 9am will be sent on the same business day. This is NOT true.I am located around 45 minutes away from the company and have offered to travel and pick up the item, but my offer has not been accepted. Orders are not dispatched promptly. I have written many emails and got 2 out of the past 3 shipments more than a week late. This is important since I own a silk screen company called 4th Down and sometimes accept rush orders, promising customers to deliver their products by a certain date, only to have issues with silkscreendirect.com's malfunctioning.Emailing them is futile. They are unresponsive to emails. They do not have a phone number, thus phoning them is not an option.You are not permitted to visit their facilities, thus you cannot collect the item.However, the most revealing indication of this fraudulent enterprise is attempting to contact their headquarters. Because they lack one.Their main office is a limited liability company filing office located in *******. ******* is a non-disclosure state where officers are not required to provide any information.How do you solve a problem? Abstain.Despite there being just one other BB complaint made, according to your data, the corporation has not reacted to you. For what reason should they?You do this daily and are more aware than I am that anything seems suspicious.

    Screen print direct from their website and social platforms promotes high quality customer service and products, but they are the farthest thing from that. Their reviews are terrible and I have now had 3 different orders from them that I have yet to receive correctly and in the timely manner that they publish on their website and social accounts. I have yet to get communication from them and the only form of communication is on ******** or through, what seems to be, a non functioning customer service email, NO PHONE NUMBER. Their customer service never responds and they are just taking orders in and not delivering the purchased product, basically just stealing money from people. I ordered 3 gallons of white rapid cure ink on January 12th (Order: #*****) and have yet to receive anything, nor have I been able to get in contact with there customer service, which I contacted on January 16th via their website "contact us" tab and on ********. Paid for items and nothing in return.I also ordered a material called "Ecotex AP Blue Screen Printing Emulsion" that, (Order: #*****), which was ordered on October 31st of 2022 and was a terrible product. I have been trying to get a return started and again have heard nothing since I last contacted them on January 16th. I also ordered 2 gallons of white rapid cure ink on November 7th of 2022, (Order: #*****), and I have not seen anything from that but they did get in contact with me about that one a week after I purchased it but nothing ever came of it, they just told me that it is "in route".Something needs to change about this company before they start scamming more and more people.

    We have responded back to this customer on numerous occasions and this customer does not respond back to us. I am not sure what the issue is with this customer. We have also sent out additional products to replace the product she claims she has not received. She keeps ordering from us, it looks like the customer address is undeliverable. If our reviews are so terrible why does she keep ordering from us? We would like to black list this customer as we deem her an unreasonable customer to work with.
