    Packaged shipped 4/22/23 on 5/8/23 it was reported Damaged/unrecoverable. I contacted the store to inform them & was told they would start the claim process. I called UPS customer service regarding the claim in June 2023 & was told they were waiting on the store to send paperwork. I returned to ** in 7/2023 & the process had not been started. I obtained the receipts of lost items and pictures with values & sent them in; 2 weeks later I was told I had to sign the claim in person for corporate. I went in & did so at the store. About 7 weeks had gone by. I contacted customer service again in August after having no response. Was told they still didn't have paperwork. I contacted the store- he (******) said he sent it. I asked him to send again, he said he would. I returned to ** in late September- my husband arrived in October- I called the Hollister Store- ****** said he would not speak to my husband again for he gave ****** "anxiety" & if I continued to be angry he would not speak with me either. I had him on the phone called corporate and had a three way conversation in which ****** resent the **************** were told it was received. I have received nothing. I paid $202.10 with $500 insurance - so I should have gotten a check for $702.10 within 6 weeks of loss date- yet nothing. I called corporate customer care In Feb 2024 still not having this resolved - spoke to ******************, sent her all the paperwork & was told to call back in a week after Wednesday, so she could speak to the Hollister store. I did so, but when I called back they wanted copies of all the paperwork again- I submitted again, and was told to call back & that the best way to reach **** was via email. I tried in Feb, March, May, July & today. No response. I wrote a letter with all the information to the UPS CEO *******************, overnighted ($30+)- received an email response that each store is individually owned, corp care would call within ***** hrs, Its been a week & still nothing.
