    I signed up and paid for a live classroom training and exam class for Wednesday 11/6/2024. I needed to take the class soon as possible for meeting deadlines. The day before, I received a text and email saying the class has been canceled and will be rescheduled for the following Wednesday 11/13/2024. I checked on their website and noticed they offer a Thursday and Saturday class as well, so I email & text them next Wednesday is too late, and if I may take the Saturday class instead. No response. So I waited for a week. This morning Wed 11/13/2024, 1 hour before class, I receive a ************ informing the class has been canceled again due to the instructor illness, and it's rescheduled for next Wednesday 11/20/2024. But who's to know it'll probably get canceled again. This is completely unacceptable! Thus, I text and email demanding a refund, so I can take the class elsewhere. Again, no response from the company. So now, I don't know if this school is a scam or what. And it's completely unacceptable to cancel the class twice. They should've offered the other classes as an alternative, but they didn't. At this point, I don't even want to take the class through ********************************* I want a refund.

    I was directed by my supervisor to take a manager safety certification. On a Wednesday. At 10 am I was told it be outside in a tent in the heat at 85 degrees and was told the class lecture would be from 10 to around two where people test at 230 However the class lasted longer 2 hours longer making me late for work It was so hot and no fan was provided The instructor before the test collected everyone driver license and he failed to return it to me I was so frustrated and hot ******* to finish to be at work on time that I failed the class To make it worse I failed by 1 answer so wanted to retest asap Asked how much and what day I could rested which he called a text me he had to go to ********* for a class He had cancelled the retest but asked for driver licence back I tried for days no reply no answer the. He sent a text to come on another day this time no show no call no return call and still has my licence He has affected my ability to find another test location as I need valid not expired Id he has affected my ***** as I cant pick up my medication and also risking driving without a valid license now I have to pay for duplicate driver license and this has affected me financially and also affected my job I cant even get certified without this driver licence he kept

    We did contact the client and asked her if she could return to our **************** office on Wednesday, September 4th at 10am to retake her exam and also pick up her I.D. card. The client did arrive that day on time and was able to retake her exam at no charge to her and also pick up her I.D. The client said she would remove the complaint she filed with the BBB. I have attached a copy of her food manager certificate that she received on 9/4/24. Please resolve this issue.
