    Go Fiber Inc. is hands down one of the worst companies Ive ever worked for. The way they handle employee compensation is borderline exploitative. They refuse to pay overtime, even when employees are clearly putting in well beyond 40 hours a week. It's a deliberate tactic to squeeze every ounce of labor out of people without paying them fairly.Lunch breaks? Forget about it. Most days, you're expected to power through without any real break, like you're a machine instead of a human being. It's a complete disregard for labor laws and basic human decency.And the problems start at the top. The CEO and *** are completely incompetent and have no business running a company. Their poor leadership trickles down into every part of the operationfrom chaotic scheduling to toxic workplace culture and zero regard for employee welfare. Morale is constantly low, turnover is high, and no one seems to care as long as the higher-*** are lining their pockets.Avoid this company at all costswhether you're thinking of working here or doing business with them. They are everything wrong with corporate greed and mismanagement wrapped into one.
