    I purchased Creatine from Kaged. The first time I tried the creatine HCl, I thought the flavor was off. It did not taste like fruit punch, but had a very sour flavor. Over a period of two weeks I use the product four or five times. On two different occasions, I experienced severe, headache, upset, stomach with violent puking. I thought it was a virus or something I ate. I had milder symptoms on other occasions. When I attempted to narrow down the cause, I never considered the creatine. It was only when I remove the moisture (Silica gel desiccant) packet out of the powder I realized the bottom was not sealed. I contacted the company and received one response, which requested the order number. (Order ******). I emailed numerous times (no response) and have tried to contact via telephone (voicemail and no response).Over a period of several weeks, I purchased over $600 worth of products from this company and felt this was a health / safety issue. Their lack of response is concerning. .

    The products purchased through the Amazon sponsored page are fraudulent and replaced with sugar. Others have wrote similar reviews that the ***** they received were also delivered without tamper proof seals and packed with salt and/or sugar-like substance. The company is running a scam. I have contacted both ********************************** and and the Amazon seller which is listed as Kaged and received no response. The Amazon site clearly states that the item is eligible for return or refund, but when you attempt to select return/refund, a message appears stating that the item is not eligible.

    On 4/14/23 I placed an online order with Kaged Muscle for $198.82 (order #******). The order contained 5 items. On 4/19/23 I received a package from Kaged Muscle with 3 items (outlive100, clean burn, pre kaged). I emailed customer service asking if maybe they had shipped my order in 2 shipments. I was responded with insinuation that my entire order was received based on the shipping label weight they had on file, with a picture of my order delivered to my porch. I replied, affirming that I did receive part of my order, but was missing my protein and ferodrox. The customer service rep again insisted there was no way I was missing items due to the label they had on file. They refuse to refund or replace any of my items and show zero respect for their customer in a case where they did not receive what they paid for.

    Date of transaction 12/9/22 Placed order #****** for 2 items, outlive 100 ***** and hydra charge pink lemonade for *****. The company charged my credit card *****. Received an email for the 2 items ordered. After my order was placed the company added on an item (hydra charge-fruit punch) and charged my credit card ***** without my consent. Asked for a refund of the ***** amount erroneously charged and they refuse and told me their computer could not make the mistake. Told me I have to return the unwanted item first. I didnt even order that item as it is a flavor I ordered in the past and do not like it. attached email of my order for *****, the invoice sent from the company showing the original order was only ***** and they added the additional 3rd item and 2 credit card charges.
