    On June 28th, 2023, **** the owner of AC Norton Heating and Air, sent his guys to install a brand-new Lennox air-conditioning condenser in our house. We didn't use the unit until July when the weather started to get hot. later that month, we started noticing that the air conditioner is no longer giving out cool air. We called **** complaining, then he sent one of his guys to check it. The guy showed us that there was a huge piece of ice covering the tubes connected to the air conditioner unit (see photos), also he went into the attic to discover that there is a lot of water that has leaked into the attic. Later that day we had a huge crack in our hallway ceiling where the leak occurred (see photos). We placed a bucket to collect all the water dripping from the ceiling. On August 31, 2023, Erick showed up trying to patch "clumsily" the tubes outside and he said this leak will not happen again and he will send somebody to fix the ceiling. He didn't even bother going to the attic to check it. We even offered him a ladder to facilitate that, but he declined. We hired ***************** and *********************** to fix the problem. We ended up paying $ ****** to ****** and about $2,000 in cash to Handyman to fix the ceiling. We enclosed all the documentation and pictures with this complaint. We believe that ****, AC Norton's owner, should be liable for all the damages that he and his company have caused. Please help.
