    on 8/22/2022 at 5:13pm ******************************* gave verbal authorization for repairs to her 2014 **** this was an insurance claim she filed for front end repairs.

    repairs under the Wawanesa claim were $966.52. Customer had a $500.00 deductible with the remainder of the claim being paid by her insurance company. Customer gave us a verbal authorization and per our company policy we ask for and received her ********** Drivers License number to document the verbal authorization at that time.

    Customer now states she doesn't know why she gave us the drivers license number however that is always clearly explained.

    There is no reason to adjust the bill and at this time the customer still owes ********************** $450.00 and if she persists in not making payment we will be forced to send the matter to collections.

    The employee at Marina Auto Body absolutely did NOT  explain why he wanted my driver's license information.  I repeat that I had no idea why he was asking for it. Mr. ********************** needs to contact me directly. I refuse to pay for repairs I did NIT authorize.
